Facilitate payments

We do not manufacture or own products sold by vendors.

Product responsibility lies with respective sellers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must:

Provide accurate details

Keep login secure

Not misuse the platform

We may suspend accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices are set by vendors

Availability may change

We may cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues

Refunds will be processed accordingly.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post fake reviews

Abuse vendors or staff

Attempt hacking or fraud

Use bots/scrapers

Violations lead to permanent bans.

6. Limitation of Liability

RightPaisa is not liable for:

Vendor product defects

Delivery delays beyond control

Indirect losses

Maximum liability is limited to order value.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to local jurisdiction.
